  • We will never share your personal or financial information with any other party. We do not share bank or credit card information with any outside parties.


  • All studio & store purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Passes and memberships may only be shared under case-to-case circumstances. 

  • All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address. 

  • Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule. 

  • The Owls Nest is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Items that may be lost, stolen or misplaced during, before and after class hours. All lost and founds items will be available for 30 days after which we will be sharing these with goodwill.  

  • To ensure you get into the class you want, we recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes before each class arrives.

  • For the safety of yourself and others, guests are not permitted to enter class more than 10 minutes after it starts.

  • Class Passes & memberships are non-refundable and they are subject to limits of time. Always check your expiration date of your membership or class pass before arrival. Refunds may be given on case by case basis. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks to process. 

  • The Owls Nest reserves the right to refuse entry.

  • The Owls Nest terms, conditions, and fees are subject to change without prior notification.



  • Workshops could occasionally be cancelled by the studio if there’s insufficient interest, or if a teacher has an emergency. If the workshop is cancelled you will be notified by email as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your account if you choose.


  • Workshop and series cancellations require a 72 hour email notice before the workshop or reservation takes place. Cancellation requests with less than 72 hours notice will not be honored unless we can fill your space. Cancellation requests must be requested by email to:  If you are late for a private event, it will still end at the original time if we are unable to accommodate.


  • Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, workshops, programs, and/or boutique purchases.

  • Gift cards are non refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  • New students are defined as individuals who have never purchased regular class passes or memberships.
